Additional rules

1.Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside
on the terrace. Please request for an ashtray.

2. Jacuzzi and steam room needs to be booked by giving an advance notice at an additional cost.

3. Late check-out or early check-in may be available upon request (subject to availability)

4. Quiet hours are 10.30 PM to 7AM. Excessive

noise/ disturbance to neighbors may result in eviction without refund.

5. Hosting small parties may be possible upon prior discussion and at an additional charge.

6. Property care- Guests are requested to keep the house clean and tidy during the stay. Please refrain from eating in the bedrooms.

7. Guests would be responsible for any damage to the villa or any of its contents which occurs during their stay.

8. Illegal activities:

>No illegal activities are allowed in the property.

> we have zero tolerance policy towards the usage if any kind of prohibited drugs.

> Any violation of the law( including possession and/ or consumption of any prohibited drug) will result in immediate eviction without refund
